Client: Freeport Housing Authority/Georgica Green Ventures, LLC

N+P drew on its full breath of architecture and engineering design services to for this new ground-up affordable housing development. Standing 5 stories tall, the facility contains 101 apartments ranging from 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units across the 2-acre site. The ground floor contains a large community room, basketball court, playground and open parking structure. Rising above this public plaza are the residential dwelling units.
