The subject property proposed for development is located in Ronkonkoma, NY and consists of approximately 5.0 acres of undeveloped wooded parcel. This project proposes the development of a 75,432 sf Class A Industrial Building inclusive of 16 loading docks, 2 drive ins ramps and 121 on-site employee parking stalls.
Nelson + Pope’s services started with a Due Diligence phase consisting of an ALTA Survey, Phase I/Phase II, Geotechnical Investigations/Report and Conceptual Planning. Once Due Diligence was completed the N+P team prepared Site Development Plans as well as various supporting services inclusive of Traffic Engineering, Off-Site Engineering Design, various Utility Design plans as well as MEP Design Services working in conjunction with the Project Architectural Team.
