Nelson + Pope is providing Prime Foods Distributor with professional architectural & engineering services to prepare construction drawings for the interior alterations to the first floor of the existing warehouse space. Prime Foods, one of the largest independent processors of USDA Prime Beef in the nation is an elite meat fabricating operation focused on providing the finest quality hand crafted proteins distributed worldwide.
The scope of work includes an interior alteration to an employee work area, the design for the modification of existing HVAC, lighting and fire protection systems, dry and cold storage areas with a new reinforced structural “cold-slab” to designed underneath the freezer/holding boxes.
