New Bar & Restaurant for 317 Main Street

Nelson + Pope provided architecture and MEP engineering design for the reimagined bar & restaurant known as 317 Main Street. The goal was to create a space that allowed patrons to enjoy a quiet meal while revelers could simultaneously enjoy the nights entertainment in the bar’s club room. The existing configuration of the space allowed for the two to co-mingle seamlessly while providing distinct experiences for both to enjoy. A spacious private dining room accommodating 40-person was offset by the 75-person club room with areas for a band platform and DJ sound booth. N+P coordinated the food service equipment throughout the project, which consisted of two bars, a state-of-the-art commercial grade kitchen, food prep areas, and walk-in refrigerators and freezers. The resulting space has become an essential local amenity that provides a unique dining experience.
