Venture Park ISP III 2100 Smithtown Avenue

Located in a prominent industrial park, 2100 Smithtown Avenue, Ronkonkoma, NY is a development project of approximately 9.0 acres of developed land. The site originally used for an office building will be improved with a proposed building consisting of a 137,470 sf Class A Industrial Building inclusive of 35 loading docks, 2 drive ins and 206 on-site parking stalls.
Nelson + Pope’s services started with a Due Diligence phase consisting of an ALTA Survey, Geotechnical Investigations/Report and Conceptual Planning. Once Due Diligence was completed the N+P team prepared Site Development Plans as well as various supporting services inclusive of various Utility Design plans and submission to the FAA for a letter of non-jurisdiction due to the site’s proximity to Macarthur Airport.
