Groundbreaking Heatherwood Development “Heritage on Main”, Riverhead NY

Nelson + Pope is proud to be a part of the team on this transformative Heatherwood development. N+P provided Site/Civil engineering services for the new “Heritage on Main” development located near Riverhead’s planned Town Square. N+P played a key role in the approval process with the Town, County, and NYSDOT.

After years of planning, this one-of-a-kind project will finally come to fruition as the Town’s newest residential mixed-use community and includes 165 residential units. N+P’s environmental affiliate, Nelson Pope Voorhis, also assisted with a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) services.
