It was an exciting Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the new Sutton Landing project!!
Designing for an easy retirement! N+P retained by B2K Development, provided professional civil/site engineering design and survey services for the new Sutton Landing at East Patchogue, a 55+ luxury Planned Retirement Community located in the Town of Brookhaven. This rental community includes construction of 190 units and amenities consisting of a community building, resort-style pool, fitness center, pickleball court, walking trail, and sports bar/lounge.
Services provided by N+P included conceptual plans, rezoning, site plan, grading and drainage, sanitary sewer connection, water supply, and retaining walls. N+P also provided construction surveying, observation, documentation, and certification during construction.
