Nelson + Pope is pleased to welcome new Director of Operations, Robert J. Elmen & Tanima Adhya, PE to the firm as QA/QC Officer for our Water and Wastewater Department.
Mr. Elmen has 28 years of experience in risk analysis and mitigation, strategic planning, and budget forecasting and administration for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and United States Army. He will support the day-to-day operations, human resources and additional internal business procedures for the firm.
Ms. Adhya brings 27 years of experience and previously served as Associate Public Health Engineer and Supervisor of the Office of Wastewater Management for the Suffolk County Department of Health Services. She will provide quality assurance, process design / process control, and prepare constructability review for wastewater projects.
