Nelson + Pope is honored to be a part of the team on this revolutionary Heatherwood development. N+P provided Site/Civil engineering services for the new “Heritage” transit-oriented development in West Hempstead at the former Shoppers Village Center. N+P was instrumental in the approval process with the Town, NCDPW, and NYSDOT within a short time frame. This one-of-a-kind project will include two buildings with 428 residential units, 5,575 sq. ft. of retail space, 740 vehicle parking spaces, courtyard with swimming pool, and rooftop lounge located on 9 acres.
