Nelson + Pope’s New York City office is the transformative next step in expanding our reach in the greater metropolitan area. Centrally located at 14 Penn Plaza, our dedicated staff of engineers, architects, and surveyors are on the frontline of NYC development.
Led by Senior Associate Karthi Shanmugam, PE, this office will serve as the hub of the urban development projects we support and seeks to address the needs of Manhattan, neighboring boroughs, Westchester, and the Hudson Valley. As we bring our full suite of services to our NYC location, clients can expect to receive the same dedication and talent found at our Long Island Headquarters for over 65 years.
From our Midtown location, we aim to better understand the goals of NYC development, identify the needs of complex projects and adeptly act to ensure their successful completion.
