Avalon at Amityville is the complete redevelopment of a former hospital site consisting of 317 luxury apartment units and 21 townhouses. N+P provided site engineering services including grading, drainage, utility, lighting and erosion control plans. Our environmental affiliate, Nelson Pope Voorhis, also supported the project by developing a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
